Where to ask for my return number?

To request your return number of a dress ordered in stock, please :

  1. Identify you on our site on your account;
  2. Once logged into your account, please go to your order history;
  3. Then select the relevant command;
  4. When you are in your order history, select the item (s) to be returned by checking the associated box;
  5. Then click on "Generate your return".

Exchange Policy for a dress in stock:

You have a period of 7 days from receipt to notify www.maysange.com of your wish to exchange the product: which does not suit you or not in accordance with the order.

To make a return: To facilitate the return and identification of returned products, please ask us for a return number beforehand.

Without this return number, your package may not be accepted by our services and therefore returned to you. The return shipping fee for a retract will be your responsibility. They will be the responsibility of www.maysange.com in case of error on our part.

This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original condition, with a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned, damaged or soiled by the customer are not included.

We are committed to making you a credit within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the products by us or an exchange on receipt of the return package (subject to availability of the product). No sending against refund will be accepted for whatever reason.
