Delivery time
In-stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The delivery time for in-stock product is estimated at 5 to 7 days for European Union and international, Dom-Tom.
For a made-to-order product, a custom-made order, and a personalized color order, the manufacturing and delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks.
Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the package is sent that will allow you to follow online.
You can always follow your package in your customer area. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated to us during the ordering process. For custom-made items (except accessories), the delays are 6 to 8 weeks from the registration of the order.
Shipments are made by UPS, DHL, TNT and FEDEX
Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one.
Packages are oversized and protected.
Our shipments are insured in parcel, therefore the received dresses must be folded. Your dress may arrive slightly crumpled at its reception.

Payment by credit card
If you want to pay by credit card, you are automatically redirected to a secure site. Visa, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted. Enter the number of your card and its expiry date and the cryptogram (last 3 digits on the back of your card) then validate.
Payment by bank transfer
When ordering by bank transfer, you will receive our bank details at the end of the checkout process. Please indicate your order number with reference to the transfer.
